Terschelling is one of our "wadden"Islands. It's a part of Friesland and you can find it in the north of the Netherlands. At the north site of the island you can take a swim in the Northsea and at the south site you can make a dip in the "waddensea".

You can reach Terschelling by boat/ferry from Harlingen (and that is easy to reach by train). There are 2 boats, a fast one, than you are on the island in 45 minutes and a slower one and that one takes 1hour and 45 minutes. I prefer the slower one, because than you can enjoy the sea, the wind and you have the possibility to forget everything and get the holiday feeling!

Terschelling is in mine oppinion the best and most beautiful island from the Netherlands. There are a lot of nature and there is enough to do.

The whale is just amazing, I havent had any food there but the athmospehere and scenary with a good beer. Terschelling is a truly amazing island.
