After spending one semester at NAU in Arizona (as part of a student exchange program), a friend (Inge) and I decided to travel around the USA for another month or so. Our first thought was: It's December, let's go somewhere nice and sunny. Our first stop would be Florida. It didn't take long for us to realize that the Bahamas were just a short flight from Miama. So, there it was: Inge and Esmeralda would be spending Christmas in the Bahamas!
