Well, at least that's what Breda natives would call it!
I lived in Breda while I was a t student at the Dutch National School for Tourism and Transport Studies (NHTV, where I studied International Tourism and Hospitality Management. You can tell by this, that I was already caught by the "travel-virus" at this time!
Anyway, I've lived in Breda from 1995 until 1999 with some periods of absence in between due to stays abroad.
The times that I did spend in Breda were very good. I had a wonderful time being a student and living in this medium sized city in the south of the Netherlands.
The region where Breda is located is a province called Noord-Brabant and it is known for its Bourgondy character (I hope I translated the Dutch "Bourgondisch" correctly...).It means that the people from Breda are very fond of the good life: eating, drinking, partying..
No wonder I loved living here!
