Trinidad and Tobago by far the least touristy place that I have visited until now. Hardly any tourists, you have to meet the locals to find places to go. The basic infrastructure of the country isn't the best, but we always managed to get where we wanted to go. Locals spend a large part of their days "limin'" Sitting around, discussing life. Once you get a Trinni to talking, you had might as well settle well in as you will be there for a while...so you might as well pass the rum! |
