I would like to see the gorge, sounds great
Actually in the north bougatsa means winth cheese or sweet gream but int he south bougatsa is only with sweat gream and with cheese we call it teropita!!

I also went to Monodendri a lot of years ago. It is a very beautiful village. It really is worth a visit.
Hmmm! I'd love to taste the "bugatsa" pastry.....but made but more friendly hands! ha ha ha...
