Hello my name is Yvette. Some me know me, because i have spend hours and hours on this website. But the last 3 years life wasnt kind to me.
My husband, Frans (whom you see on the picture below) got cancer. And he died 5-10-2011. Its almost a year ago now, and because i always loved this website a lot, i thought i would come back again and see which of my old friends are still around. And some ARE !! And didnt forget about me, they even have send me a lot of birthdaywhishes... im amazed! Thanxxxxxx

I live in Holland, The Netherlands or Pays Bas, in a place called Bleiswijk.
I like to write, and most of all i like making pictures!
And from this website i still have a friend in Kansas, thinking of it now, we must have been in touch now for more then 10 years!!

All this pages are made by me, Yvette with a lot of fun, emotions, blood, sweat, humor and tears.
I work(ed) hard on them, but maybe i miss(ed) something, please feel free to send me a card, email or even mail in a bottle when you have something to tell me!

Flower Auction Naaldwijk

Naaldwijk was my hometown. I lived there for a long time and spend there my childhood. If you like to know more about the place that is near Rotterdam, The Hague and Hoek van Holland (the beach) then you have to make sure you come back after i have changed and rearranged this page.
Of course you have seen my "old" page about Naaldwijk. But now with the new names of towns on VT there is a better way to show you Naaldwijk, Honselersdijk and Maasdijk all apart. So you better watch out cause when i got some time Naaldwijk will be the best page you have ever seen and then Honselersdijk and Maasdijk will follow soon ! With lots of new pictures of course (you know me !)

Flamingoos at the hotel

Frans and I stayed in hotel Paraiso Beach in Puerto Morelos, or the Riviera Maya. We had a wonderfull time although the brochure promised us a little town in the neighbourhood with restaurants and bars where we could have a drink...they meant Playa del Carmen, 30 minutes away ! But never the less, we had a good hotel with no complains....wanna know more...take a look at this page when ready.

Yv and Peet in the bus to PdC

Cause we stayed to close to thing town we have been there several times. We only had to take the hotel buss and make a trip of 30 minutes. It s a nice town with a lovely beach and lots and lots of shops, but make sure you bring a lot of $$$ cause it isnt cheap.
Wanna know more about our trips...just be patient and stay posted soon you will know all about it.

View from my sis her flat

Hoek van Holland is a beach town near Naaldwijk and Rotterdam. Its wonderful for English people, cause the boat of Harwich arrives there every day. I have made all the pictures i can think of and be tuned for a wonderfull travelogue about the fort (WO II) which i may have to spread over the 5 travelogies i got from VT.

Waters in Delft

I have a bit of a problem with Delft. Its a very historical place and i have visit most of the things to see in Delft and made lost of pictures to show you....but now with the change of VT i have a problem. And i have to figure out how to show you as much as i can without being boring.....I have pictures of the War museum, a VOC-ship, The old and the new church and of course Delft it self....

Engine of a steamtrain

I have to remake the England already on my VT pages, cause they are not alright since the change of VT. We have been back this year, to our best friends and i have made some great pictures of different places. But you can understand that i have to sort out the old page first before i can add new places like Alfreton, Ripley and more.....
