Visited Chile in July of 2000. Santiago is a very clean and a modern city. People were very friendly...We were able to get around the city well withoout knowing a word of Spanish.....The bus system and the subway was great....Also visited the west coast. It was great... When I waa in Santiago, I felt that I was in Europe. |
