Restaurant Name: Waterfront Bar & Grill
Waterfront Bar & Grill is situated on the main street of Port Vila on (surprise, surprise), the waterfront! Dining is in the open but still undercover should one of those sudden rain storms decide to hit.
The staff are great, the food is yum, and the challenge of this restaurant is trying to roll up the steep hill when you leave after eating way too much!

Favorite Dish: A must at any restaurant in Vanuatu is their steak or seafood.
I had Seafood Chowder at the Waterfront (first time) and I couldn't believe how yummy it was. Problem is, none of us realised how big it would be and we were so full afterwards we didn't know how we were going to fit in our main.
Coconut crab is popular here, and you have to try it once at least! It's messy and long hard work cracking open the shells - if you're starving it might not be a good idea! ;-)
