Well, I travelled through Poland in the summer of 1998. First stop, Gdynia, a bit depressing, but we really just went through it. Next, Warszaw. I can't say I loved this place either. It was OK, nothing we stopped in for very long! Then Krakow, which was quite a lovely city. I really want to go back there one day.

Then of course, Auschwitz, which was so horrible. It took us quite some time just to manage to get through the place!!

Hope you will return to Poland to discover more of its beauty. Old Town Warsaw...the farm lands...as well as wonderful Krakow.
