Belmont is in the middle of the San Francisco peninsula located between San Jose and San Francisco. We are the home of the Ralston Mansion where William Ralston the famous financier of the Palace Hotel in SF was located until the great quake of 1906. His beautiful home is on the campus of Notre Dame College in Belmont.
