Italians often call it "the most northern Italian city".
The city is famous for its cathedral. Old Town and beautiful landscapes.

Besides, I heard there are about 400 km/250 miles of bike roads in the city.

I have visited this city when I had a proffesional development seminar in Calw in 2001 and was sorry I did not spend more time in this splendid city.

Freiburg is considered one of the most family friendly cities in Germany. It's such a beautiful place.
