Name of Shop: Local Distillery
Whenever you want to take home some souvenirs from Luhansk, why not drop in at "Luga-Nova» company stores to avoid buying some fake drink. The company has become well known all over Ukraine and abroad for its pure traditional vodka produced only with natural ingredients. The store is quite small, but has a lot to offer: from mineral water to the best top shelf sorts of the local vodka. This is the best guarantee for you to buy the real thing!
What To Buy: There are lots of sorts of the local vodka: I think over 20. The best known are the sorts: "White Queen", "Mendeleyev", and "European". (on the picture from left to right) They are available in souvenir packing as V.I.P. gift bottles, too. The bottles themselves look very tempting.
What To Pay: from $3 to $10 for a bottle, it depends on your choice.

jumpingnorman Fri Aug 7, 2009 06:58 UTC Love the picture of the Miss Luhansk, hehehe...great updates on your home pages...Norman :) | nhoolb Wed Jul 22, 2009 18:12 UTC Hi Vic-I saw that on AeroSvit's and UIA's websites you can buy the Dniproavia tickets Kiev-Luhansk on-line (they code-share it seems). About USD 100 one-way. When I come over I am thinking of doing that. Maybe something to add in your tip? | Yaqui Tue Jun 30, 2009 19:07 UTC Howdy Victor! Like I said before you live in a fabulous city. I still cannot get over how many wonderful museums, fountains, monuments, statues, squares, and those buildings have so much charm. Thank you for your lovely tour! | staindesign Wed Jun 24, 2009 15:13 UTC Wow! I have never seen a city page quite so developed! I am very impressed!
