The city well located in Bryckin Street in the suburbs is another alternative to drink pure water.
The water there has a specific taste, but they say it is safe enough.
Bring your plastic bottles with you to fill them with as much water as you need!

No Mountaineering Please

The ecological situation in Sverdlovsk leaves much to be desired due to the industrial pollution.
Forty-five dirt dumps formed by coalmines are located within the city limits, among them twelve have been burning from within over the last decades.
Therefore trying to do some mountaineering on the coalmine dirt dumps is dangerous and nobody ever tries to conquer those dumps.
What you could do is perhaps have a picture of yourself taken on their background.

To Be On the Safe Side

If you happen to be walking along one of the street with private houses and decide to enter the gate of one of the properties where there is no doorbell, think twice: there may be an unleashed dog in the yard.
It happens very often that the landlords leave their dog/dogs unleashed when they leave.
Beware of lonely independent dogs, both domestic and stray dogs!
