    • It's better not to try finding the answer to this question by stepping onto puddles or driving recklessly along the streets.
    I assure you the portholes can be deep enough for your car or for your feet. Although the road repair is done regularly, you can still discover huge portholes here and there.
    Be vareful walking along the streets and sidewalks, especially in the evenings without a flashlight.
    Be sure to get one before you go out at night...
