"Heidelberg, Germany- More than likely it's alread" Heidelberg by Venturingnow

<font color= orange><B> I decided, due to all of the rave reviews, to stop by Heidelberg while I was in the area during my visit to Germany. I would have stayed longer than just that one day, but the hostel I wanted to stay at was one heck of a walk out of town, and I hated having to pay the bus fare each way, so I saw the city, and left at night on day 1. The castle is nice, and so is the little center of town. It's worth a stop, yes, Heidelberg is worth it, there's another review for ya. Here's some more info on the city. It's home to the oldest university on German soil, HEIDELBERG is a real-life fulfilment of the ideal German landscape, majestically set on the banks of the swift-flowing Neckar between ranges of wooded hills. Ever since the days of the Grand Tour it has seduced travellers to an extent no other German city comes close to matching.Centrepiece of all the views of Heidelberg is the Schloss, a compendium of magnificent buildings, somehow increased in stature by its ruined condition.
