Ulm is a lovely little city that is located between Munich and Stuttgart (southern Germany). The city is home to Europe's tallest church steeple which towers over the city square at a massive 168 meters high. Please don't bite off my head if the numbers aren't right! Other than the tallest steeple, there are some impressive old city remains such as the city towers and walls. Lovely little canals run through some parts of the old town where you'll find typical half-timbered German houses. It's a great little city, and you should stop by Ulm if you can. |
