<font color=blue> Pristina is a modern day Berlin, in my opinion. Devestated by war and bombing, Pristina is crawling out of the ashes and will someday be a major metropolis in the Balkans.
Pristina is the "provincial capital" of Kosovo. If Kosovo was a nation, Pristina would be where the body of power sits.
The NATO headquater for Kosovo is here. Since the foreign troops can shop in the city, this helps the economy rebuild itself by providing an influx of new money.
