Many many years ago I once lived in Heilbronn. I still remember what impressed me on my first few days there. At the place where I worked one could easily detect the wind direction: From one direction came a smell of detergent, from another one the fragrance of the chicken soup powder produced in a large factory (Knorr) and agaon from another one the air was filled with what sugar production can offer. Furtunatelly this was changed already at that time - and though I haven't been there for a long time - I'm sure it is now a much more pleasant place.
