<Have you ever had an experience of leaving freezing windswept airport, tired with snowstorms and winter, longing for the sun and warmth, getting on a plane with a feeling that no one is waiting for you in the whole universe… and when you arrive, you meet friends welcoming you, and you step out into the street, and sweet warm air is sweeping over you, and you see blooming bushes all around, and pink twilight skies, and hear noises of the city night life… and realize that you are on another planet, which must be called 'paradise'…>

I was there in March of this year. Just a few days, and what a great time it was! I would like to say special thank you to my schoolmate Katya and her husband (not VT members yet!), and to Michael (Globetrott), who found time to show me around and made my visit unforgettable. |
