Yes that crazy group of people called VTers invaded Cascais, Portugal for a meeting in May 2009.....this is totally the "fault" of Antonio, Paulo, Rosario and Teresa of course. They all live in Lisbon and someone told me that they arranged the meet in Cascais to keep us out of Lisbon....(only kidding you guys ;o)))
Here you can see a few of the more than 100 people who came for the meet, these are some of the "early birds".

What better reason can there be to visit anyplace than to see friends, in this case it was NEW friends, Paulo, Rosario and Teresa with Tal and I here in the photo.
AS the light begins to fade the VTers begin to come out of the walls and gather to spread the VT banner....

- Pros:Nice seaside vacation town
- Cons:Too crowded on weekends.
- In a nutshell:Well worth it for the fun with VTers.

One of the things that brought me back to Portugal was the wonderful time we had at the VT Cascais Euromeet in 2009. So... more travel advice
