This is the entrance to the Druze village of Beit Jann. It sits on top of one of the highest points in Israel, adjacent to the Meron mountain.
There are dozens of guest houses here, but we are frequently guests at owned and run by Yossef. He and his wife and children have been guests in our home here in Arad also.

Yossef, Beit Jann, Israel

This is Yossef, he and his wife have a very beautiuful guest house in the eastern section of Beit Jann. They make you feel right at home. Here you can see Yossef making his famous breakfast for us (one of the secrets is that he adds just a touch of mint to the eggs, try it).

This is the view from the side of the guest house as you enter into the dining area and the lower rooms. The mountain you can see in the background is Meron and has several hiking trails that can be rode on mountain bikes as well.

Cons:Have not found one yet.
In a nutshell:Spring and Fall are best here

What can I say? This was a beautiful and unexpected surprise. Thanks for pointing my head in this direction. Your words about the "best part of the day" (re Tal) are touching and typical of you, it seems. This was great.
