Gan HaShelosha Travel Guide: 7 reviews and 32 photos

One of the beautiful "corners" at Gan HaSlosha is the lower pool and the small "grotto" formed here by the boulders surrounding it. The water is very clear and a beautiful shade of blue-green.
You can find Gan HaSlosha just off road no. 71 between Afula and Beit Shean, on road no 669, just adjacent to Kibbutz Beit Alpha.

Zohara, Tal and I decided to take our friend on a trip north as a going away gift before she returned home to Turkey. Andie, Gil and Gabrielle decided to join us for the weekend here in Sachne.
You can see in the pic, (sorry I have had to remove the picture at the request of our friend, she is being forced by her government to remove any signs of her visiting Israel) from left to right, our friend, Martin (yes that is me), Andie, Gil and Gabrielle. Thanks to the photographer, Zohara.^O^
Aside from the water you can find the Museum of Archeology at the eastern end of the park. There is also a flour grinding station near the waterfall.

The water here at Gan HaSlosha is just at an almost perfect temperature, somewhere around 18-19 degrees C or so, just cool enough to feel nice, but not freeze you...so of course Andie, Gil and Gabrielle took good advantage of this, here they are swimming in the "upper" pool.

Pros and Cons
