General Tips: Get Baptized at Yardenit - the group

Favorite Thing: This is the place where many Christians on pilgrimages to Israel come to be baptized or re-baptized.. Gil and I took Andie, Gulench and Gabrielle there for a short visit. You can see we were lucky enough to find a group doing the actual ceremony when we arrived. On the left you can see the pilgrims all dressed in white robes and on the right, immersed waist deep in the water the priest.

Favorite Thing: This is the river as it looks upstream from Yardenit. We are only about a kilometer from where it flows into the Sea of Galilee. This small river is fed by 3 or 4 fresh water springs in the surrounding hills.
