Restaurant Name: Fangshan
Located on a lake in a large, sprawling traditional building. Service by costumed waitresses. Touristy, but fun. There's also a shop.
Favorite Dish: All kinds of traditional dishes. Dumplings are excellent.

Restaurant Name: T.G.I. Friday's
Visit one of these after you've been in China for a week and are dying for a burger. It's really fun seeing how a U.S. restaurant chain operates to serve a 90% Chinese clientele. Wait staff are quite friendly and glad to talk about their experiences. English spoken by many.
Favorite Dish: Good old American ribs, burgers, and chili.
