Baboons and other monkeys abound around the Cape. Watch out, though. They often operate as a 'tag team' where one distracts a human and the other steals your food!

Visit Stellenbosch and the wine country. Have lunch at a winery. Very good local wines for about $3-6 US. Also lots of good shopping in Stellenbosch, which is a university town.

Catch the local entertainment at the V&A waterfront. Impromptu street bands and choral groups often perform for spare change on the weekends.
