     This neighborhood is a large collection of homes right below the massive walls of El Morro Fortress. Called (ironically?) La Perla, it has been known as a very poor and dangerous area for generations. Even the police used to be afraid to go in there.    		magictravelers Tue Jun 1, 2004 15:08 UTC
     Andreas: I wish you get to visit Puerto Rico again so you can get a better image of the Island. It is the best kept in the Caribian and has a lot of nice places INSIDe the island, not SJ. Cheers
