I have been here. I've been checking my records and can now provide a bit of an update. We passed through Winnipeg on our move east in August 1998.

February 7, 1989

Then, once I was settled into work in Ottawa, I got to go to Winnipeg for work a couple of times. Once in February 1989.

June 1989

Then again in June 1989. I thought I had pictures of the neat places we went - Stonewall Quarry, Oak Hammock Marsh, and a Christmas tree farm and seed orchard. I'll have to look more for those.

    I read about Gimli when we were in Winnipeg--good to see someone actually went there.
