Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark has it all:
quiet places to walk around, crowded touristic places, famous spots (the Lorelei Mermaid, amusement parc Tivoli etc.). It's really worth a visit.

Everywhere you can get small citymaps, some show a walking route. I have tried one and it was quite pleasant.
