    Getting TO/AROUND: When you want to visit temples in Bangkok it's best to take a tuk tuk. These three wheel yellow & black 'cars' are quite fast and easily slip through all the traffic jams. Tuk tuks are also cheaper than taxi's. To get from Khaosan rd to Grand Palace 50 baht is more than enough.

    When you want to go to the airport take a taxi (the blue & red ones). Just like the tuktuk talk about the price before you leave. When going to the airport count on paying 250 baht at least. A ride to the airport takes 30 minutes at least and more when you are in a traffic jam.

    When you want to see the canals (klongs) of Bangkok or temples at the canals it''s easy to take a longtailboat. While you are at it, just take a canalboattour in your own private boat!
