Dunedin is a very nice coastal city which is easy to move around, and it has many historical buildings and interesting attractions to boast. Because of it's strong Scottish roots, Dunedin is often known as "Edinburgh of the South".

University of Otago, Dunedin

Dunedin is home to the famous and oldest university in New Zealand, the University of Otago. You can visit the historical buildings and beautiful compound of the university.

That one's actually called the Golden Centre mall, mate. We locals would only know what you were talking about if you asked for directions to the Golden Centre.
