Updated: My wife and I visited Sembawang Park again in January 2009, and took some photographs. It was a nice and sunny weekend, and we enjoyed the trip there :) Many local people were there too to spend the weekend with family and friends. Sembawang Park, Singapore

Sembawang Park located in the northern Sembawang area of Singapore is a beautiful park for you to relax, have picnic, do some water sports and cycling.

The park is located at the end of Sembawang Road and next to the Straits of Johor with beautiful seaside scenery ! The local people like to visit the park during the weekends as a form of relaxation. There is a beautiful traditional Malay fishing village next to the park but it will be demolished soon (what a pity). There are also some British colonial buildings at the park surroundings.
