| Welcome to Pulau Ubin, Singapore |
I would like to share with you experiences from my various trips to the beautiful island of Pulau Ubin in Singapore.
Hope you would find the information in this guide useful, and perhaps you can rate them or give your comments. Thanks. |
| | Where is Pulau Ubin island ? Well, it is an island located off the north-eastern shores of Singapore in the Changi area next to Pulau Tekong island (go to my VT Pulau Tekong page for more information). Both Pulau Tekong and Pulau Ubin is very close to the state of Johor of Malaysia. |
This is a photograph of the main village of Pulau Ubin just next to the ferry terminal. As you can see, the traditional wooden houses and architecture are still well preserved here even though they have almost disappeared on the main island of Singapore. If you like nature, relaxation and traditional architecture, do come to the beautiful get-away island of Pulau Ubin. | | | Village at Pulau Ubin, Singapore |

Luckily there's always the Singaporean convenience (toilets & signs!) |
