Never Lost, Just Misplaced Alot!

Much of Ohio was covered over with ocean over 30 million years ago. That is why we find such great shell fossils and tribolites in our creeks and on our lake shores. In 1803 Ohio became the 17th state of the U.S. 1830 The Indian Act removal forced eastern Native American peoples to lands west of the Mississippi. 1825-1865 The John Rankin family home was the key home used for the underground railroad in Brown County. 1978 The first Ohio Blizzard I remember.

Fisherman

We have many lakes in Ohio to fish at. ohiostateparks.com should take you to quite a few. Will include types of fish on the sites.

Sailing

Great lakes to sail on in Ohio. And excellent camp sites.

Night Life

Ohio

Many nights you can just sit and watch our sunsets or our sunrises. They are very beautiful.

Covered Bridge

Our local covered bridge I often visit in the summer. IYou can kayak up the stream to visit here from Indian Lake. Located outside of Huntsville, Ohio

Looks like you haven't been on VT for awhile. Neither have I, but I do see that I missed your birthday.
Blessings to you and yours. Incidentally, isn't Ohio the only state with no "natural lakes"? The lakes are all "man-made".
