We visited London from Sept 8th to 22nd. Besides visiting various places in London, we also used it's central location to venture on a number of daytrips out and about. You can review my Southern Ontario pages to see more about the towns around London. We went to a Shakespearean play at Stratford, shopped at a Mennonite farmers' market in St. Jacobs, dipped our toes into Lake Huron in Pinery Provincial Park and wandered along the shores of Lake Erie in Port Stanley -- all within an hour and a bit from London. |

thetinyrascal Sun Jun 14, 2009 22:40 UTC Sensational: I especially enjoyed reading your tip on the Thames River. I, for one, enjoy quiet walks, alone, along scenic rivers; there's something about the noise of a rolling river. | jumpingnorman Sun Feb 15, 2009 00:47 UTC Did not know there was was a London in Canada --- very nice tips and pics! Now I know there is a London, CA...thanks! Norman :) | scottishvisitor Thu Nov 27, 2008 17:15 UTC I see a few similarities between the two Londons including Covent Garden & the Thames = enjoyed my virtual tour!! | hunterV Sun Oct 12, 2008 07:49 UTC Hello, `lats`!
