The Chuck wagon was the cook wagon which followed the herd of cows. The evening, the cow boys gathered around the chuck wagon to diner, to play guitar (country music) and to joke.
We attended a show (a mix of country and jazz) after a rapid but very good diner for 13$ each.
However, the beginning time (6:30 PM) is too soon for somebody who has made previously a long route. |
