Boston was the beginning point of the American Revolution.
In 1773, the England King, to help the East India Company, allowed it to take taxes on the tea exported to the American colony. The Americans considered this action as unfair and more generally wanted to have some representants at the Chamber.
The 16 December 1773, some patriots, disguised in Mohawk Indians, took over three ships in the harbor and put the tea in the water.
This event was called the "Boston Tea Party" and was the starting point of the War.
