Why "forbiden B&B" ?
Because we found in the room a one page list of bans.
Fortunately, we wished not to do that : smoke in the bed, put make up on the sheets and on the towels (French people travel with their entire toiletery), etc..
It is possible to reserve through Internet but they ask for a call to register the reservation. We asked a Floridian friend to do that on our behalf.

Unique Qualities: There is no private parking but it is possible to park in the street (numerous places reserved to locals) or in the neighbor (easy to find in November). There is a toll parking in front of the St Mary Gift Shop (5$/day).
Our car remained 3 days at the same place without any problem. We were lucky.
The parrot is a stuff but the cats are true.
The B&B is located at 2 blocks from Duval St, at 20 mn walk from the ocean.

We were in the Tatched room (110,39$ per day, tax include in November).
The room was sufficiently large for two, with a small hall and a bathroom with shower.
All comfortable and clean.
The door of the room is face to the pool which is smaller than it appeares on the pictures of the Website.

We choose this motel after reading several reviews on Tripadvisor and VT.
It is a classical pink motel.
The rooms are around a square court with a pool and a parking.
We rented through internet at 88$/day tax include but I saw in a free booklet a coupon at 68$ + tax (but I prefer to know where I have to go before leaving France).

Unique Qualities: We have liked :
- the size of our room. Some have kitchen (+40$ / day)
- the cleanlyness
- the fridge in the room
- to have two sinks : one in the bathroom, the other near the bath
- the outdoor pool, with deckchairs and tables under a canopy : it's a pleasure to have breakfast near the pool though it is forbiden
- a free continental breakfast (coffee, doonuts and orange juice)
- to have our car at the door of the room : I like to have the trunk at one meter of the door.

Initially, we wished to stay at the Blue Marlin, but they did not answer our request and we did not find it on a booking site.
One of my colleague stayd at the the BW on Spring 2007. So I chose the BW which is just beside the Blue Marlin when I went to Key West in November 2007.

The hotel is at 3 blocks from the Route 1 and the beginning of the lively part of Duval Street.

We payd 139$ per night, tax included (senior rate) on the BW website.

Unique Qualities: Room : very large, clean, with 2 queen beds, at the ground floor.
Several reviews on Tripadvisor told there were ants in the room. We do not meet these insects.
TV :satellite but without HBO (film without advertisement)
Equipments : fridge (in some rooms only), safe, coffee maker, iron and iron board
Internet : free in the lobby and in some rooms
Breakfast : from 7:00 to 9:30AM (week days), bagel, bread, fruits, cakes, waffles, juices
Parking : free
Pool : external, jaccuzi, hitted (pay attention the hitting machine can be noisy, avoid to stay nearby), open from 9AM to 10 PM.

It was possible to rent a motorcycle just beside the hotel.
