Restaurant Name: The Pancake Bakery
Situated in a former warehouse along a canal. On the walls, ancient photographs & engravements.
Favorite Dish: Pancakes on various manners, salted or sweet. With ham or cheese, cherry or cream. All very large and served in a Delft china plate. It must be seriously hungry to eat 2 pancakes.

Restaurant Name: Humphrey's
Quick service. A large room a bit noisy. Price of the menu : 37,5G + drinking (beer = 3.75G)
Favorite Dish: Dutch cuisine. Ham (really a 'confie d'oie') with sauerkraut, cheesecake

Restaurant Name: Sky Sport Café
A sportive atmosphere given by several TV screens showing sky competitions. Rather cheap.
Favorite Dish: A pancake + a Dutch chocolate. A Dutch pancake is not like the US one or the French one. It is large and the toping is included within the pastry.
