The Recovering Capital

by Scottyj36 - last update: Dec 27, 2002

Phnom Penh is the capital of Cambodia. It is a city still recvoering from the Ghost town years when it was abandonded duing 1975-1979 during the Khmer Rough. Recovery is still going on although it is vibrant and surprisingly clean city with everything the tourist needs, and lots of great sites to boot.
