When you look at the map of the US the state of New York is of the size of a stamp and everyone thinks that is all looks like Manhattan. The jungle of Manhattan is just the one dimension of New York. I have met a bear in New York. I have hiked all day and haven't met a living soul. I have looked at untouched nature from the peaks of the mountains. And that was all in New York - upstate New York is one of the most fantastic places I have been to. |
