You make some gd pts. I disagree that one should avoid looking at ppl for fear of a prob. I was in NYC 8 wks, a woman out alone in a wheelchair, day & night, in the E.Village, et.al.. NY'rs were helpful & friendly. I looked at them, smiled & chatted.. |
