I am a 62 year old male who has just retired from theCivil Service. For the last 10 years before retirem ent I was Head of the Forein Funding Division at the Ministry of Finance. I used to deal with the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg, the Council of Europe in Paris. I used to negotiate loans for development projects. Before that I worked in the Economic Planning Division of the OPM. i SET UP THE FIRST PRIVATE INSURANCE SUPERVISORY SERVICE and was its head for 8 years. In the sixties I was attached to the UN in Geneva and New York for some months. I now paint, travel, loves sports,photography, gardening,and loves to meet people and make new friends.
