Viva Las Vegas!

by jrs1234 - last update: Sep 10, 2002

Las Vegas is an amazing 24 hour town. I combined my trip here with one to the Grand Canyon - please see my separate Grand Canyon page for details.
I stayed in 2 hotels in Las Vegas - the Luxor (pictured) and Ballys. The older Bally's hotel didn't make much of an impact on me, although it has lots of facilities, and the midweek price I got wasn't bad. The Luxor on the other hand has to be seen to be believed, it's quite spectacular!

Enjoyed your Las Vegas Page. One of LV's characteristics is that it's always inventing itself. For example, the family-oriented free Pirate Show at Treasure Island is now the "Sexy Sirens" pirates (or some such) at TI.
