<font face="Comic Sans MS, Arial" color=green size=+1>The Falkland Islands are situated some 300 miles (480 km) east to the argentinian coast and some 500 miles (780 km) northeast from Cape Horn. Approximately 2000 people inhabit these islands, formed by two main and thousands of small rocky islands. The captial of the Falklands is Port Stanley, a picturesque village situated in a natural harbour. Here you can experience British lifestyle: Five o'clock tea, shortbread and whiskey. Simple, though worth visiting are its both curches, St. Mary's and Christchurch Cathedral. Next to the Government Building is the Falkland War Memorial.
