This is HK, the metropolis, my home- home! The busy life there didn't bother me much. But packed with about 7 mio. people in this place is really not the same thing like in Germany. |
| | How I've get started?? hi everybody, nice to meet you here. I'm a chinese coming from HK. Since I was 17, I moved to Germany for an apprenticeship and still hanging in Europe until now. In the beginning of time, I've been to a couple of cities in Germany and started to feel how great it is to meet people coming from all over the world and share what we've done and seen. Today, maybe I won't choose a hostel to stay overnight but I still miss that feeling staying in a travellers' home....... That's one of the reasons for me to join VirtualTourist!! |
Croydon & London~ 2000-2001 After spending about 6 years in Germany, my company wants me to spend another 18 months in Croydon, close to south London. The training wasn't too interesting, since I've learnt the most from Germany. But the life there makes a lot of fun and the colleauges are nice either! | | | My lovely colleagues in Croydon |
|
| Enjoy the time everywhere! |
| | Where next? London ain't my last stop! Before my return to HK, I visited Salzgitter, Germany, for 5 weeks, close to Hannover and another subsidiary of our company. Here I use to learn with another product and meet some other people, some other nice guys indeed! |
Back home Finally I'm back, home- home! Here in HK is everything lovely! The food, my best friends, my parents and the Victoria Habour.... Some of my friends were back as well. One of them was back from New York, one from Calgary and me from Germany. It's like a wonder!

| | Germany again! Since May 2002, I need to move to Germany again, Braunschweig, to prepare my future pose in Shanghai. So hanging here for another year and a half in Braunschweig, northern Germany. I said to myself: I actually had enough from this country! My next stop should be more closer to HK. But within this 18 months, I'd spend some times to see Prague, Copenhagen and some more places in northern Germany and Holland. It definitely worths to be here... Looking forward to be in Shanghai and HK around Oct. 2003!! Yeppi!!! |
Now where?! Yeppi.....it's SHANGHAI Still following my job and this time I've been sent to Shanghai in September 2003, another place that I wondered for years! And it's a big step towards home! I mean "home-home", of course! Shanghai gives me a very warm and welcome feeling, people here are willing to learn other's culture, they're smart and friendly to all kind of guests. With all the goodies here I've found in Shanghai, I'll say it is definitely a place to stay, it could even be a place for me to get settled! Thus I found her, SHERRY, who's changing my private life in a deeply way and made me love this place more and more, day-by-day........Come on and find out how lovely Shanghai is!!!
