Brooklyn is the homeland of America's most creative diasporic culture. It is the cradle of both tough guys and Nobel laureates.
There are many places to visit in Brooklyn. I guess I have been to all of those that have existed for a long time.
The photograph shows me riding my tricycle in front of the houses on my block in Brooklyn. We lived in an attached house (in those days noone called them town houses.) We had a front porch and a large backyard.
- Pros:Brooklyn was a great place to grow up. There was much culture and a homey atmosphere
- Cons:It has changed considerably. But the culture is still there
- In a nutshell:Brooklyn has many ethnic neighborhoods. And lots to see and do.
