Bandar Seri Begawan Travel Guide: 347 reviews and 968 photos
The capital city of Bandar Seri Bagawan is very interesting and very different from other places. In addition to his own home, the Sultan has two other palaces--- one for each wife.
He is extremely wealthy due to OIL. He offered his subjects modern housing, but they turned him down. The building you see through the arch is the library.
- Pros:Very unusual stilt villages
- Cons:Wear appropriate clothing and shoes
- In a nutshell:Fascinating and so much wealth
