    I WAS JUST MUGGED FROM BEHIND IN BROAD DAYLIGHT OUTSIDE HEBIN PARK IN GUIYANG CITY CENTRE. THE THIEF GOT AWAY WITH MY 4,OOORMB GOLD NECKLACE. NOBODY HELPED. 26 YEARS IN SOUTH EAST ASIA AND THIS IS THE FIRST OF THIS NATURE TO HAPPEN. KEN
