Favorite Dish: Geselchtes: smoked bacon and other pork parts cut thickly and served with crusty bread Heurigenplatte: sausage; cold, sliced pickled meat, cheese, chopped onions, pickles and bread
Liptauer: soft cheese generously spiced with paprika
Kuemmelbraten: hot sliced pork with a crispy skin flavored by caraway seeds
Schweinebraten: cold, sliced pork with bread
Surbraten: meat that has been pickled three weeks and then cooked and eaten warm

And of course WINE
A hint: an original Heurigen doesn´t sell any beer.

Restaurant Lustig Essen spoils it's customers will a wide range of delicious dishes, which you can select and taste according to your time and pleasure.

We are know as a place were you can select more than two or three courses for your dinner, as our portions are on purpose smaller then usual. The menu is seasonal, international and also very Viennes and Austrian. The selection of our wines is exceptonal.
