Hi Ya'll!

Okay - I know I live in Atlanta so I should have a damn good page, but to be honest... DrewV has the best page I've seen on VT about HOTlanta. Check him out.

I've lived here for 25 years and seen it explode since just before the Olympics. Buildings are going up left and right and traffic gets worse but people keep coming and I haven't left yet. Atlanta is in a good spot - halfway between the mountains (4 hours to Asheville) and the coast (4 hours to Savannah / 6 hours to Destin).

We're not all rednecks, Southern Belles, pickup trucks and peanuts. Depending on what you're looking for, Atlanta is sure to offer something for everyone. And if you fly Delta, you'll at least spend some time in our airport - the gateway to the world. We love Jimmy Carter, our Braves (even when they suck), CNN, Coca-Cola (don't you DARE ask for a Pepsi!) keep hoping the Falcons & Hawks will win, and will find any excuse to have some sort of festival outside on a sunny day.

Let me know when you pass through ATL and I'll be happy to act as tourguide or visitor center.
